Hello Creative Team (Musicians, Production),

Here is a quick summary of things :D

 

COMMUNICATION

We currently have two means of communication: Facebook Messenger and Elvanto.

• Messenger is only for team banter, sharing songs, general chat.

• Elvanto is where you will find songs (chord charts), rosters and do your unavailability for up to 3 months in advance

• Slack - is our main communication platform. Songs, keys and team will be posted weekly on a Tuesday. Please message Jess or Rhys if you don't have access to this chat.

 

COMMUNITY/GATHERINGS

- Sunday afternoon practice or workshop style trainings. (monthly)

- Term social event - We will aim to do a pot luck style dinner and games/social night each term.
