We’re so grateful for each of you and the servant-hearted way you build the house each week. Truly, what you do matters more than you know.

Serving isn’t just helpful, it’s biblical. We see your heart, your faithfulness, and your willingness to show up week after week. Thank you for loving the church the way you do.

Below is a quick summary of how things work moving forward:

COMMUNICATION

📱 Microsoft Teams

Microsoft Teams is now our main platform for churchwide communication.

• Weekly roster updates will be posted every Tuesday afternoon.

• You will be automatically added to your appropriate departmental team.

• If you do not yet have access, please contact your Department Head or Rhys McMillan.

ROSTERING & ADMIN – ELVANTO

All teams now use Elvanto. This includes:

• Cafe

• Kids

• Leadership

• Production

• Welcome

• Worship

Department Heads use Elvanto for:

• Rostering

• Church administration

Volunteers use Elvanto for:

• Responding to serving requests

• Accessing songs (chord charts)

• Submitting unavailability (please do this up to 3 months in advance where possible)

COMMUNITY & GATHERINGS

We’re not just building services, we’re building people.

• Monthly Sunday afternoon practices or workshop-style training

• Term social event (potluck dinner + games/social night)

We want this team to feel like family, not just a roster.
